Join our NEW yoga class led by Charlie @charliebyo Join our NEW yoga class led by Charlie @charliebyoga on Mondays 11:30am - 12:30pm

This community yoga class focuses on deep conscious breathing and includes a flow of asanas to stretch and strengthen the muscles before ending with guided relaxation. Aimed at all bodies and all levels, Charlie strives to offer modifications on poses, and asks permission for adjustments in order to create a safe and inclusive environment. This class is inspired by other movement and somatic practices such as contemporary dance, deep listening, contact improvisation, qi gong and tai chi. 

We only have a limited number of mats so please bring your own if you have one!
